Self Justice Family Law Initiative
Self Justice has launched a nonprofit to improve access to justice in Ontario’s family court system for disadvantaged self-represented litigants (SRLs) by providing free or low-cost access to its premium tools.
Our goal at Self Justice is to ensure all Ontarians, regardless of income, have the necessary support to confidently represent themselves in court.
Our Mission
Many low-income and other marginalized individuals, such as survivors of domestic violence, cannot even afford our low-cost premium legal tools. By removing financial barriers, our non-profit ensures that these individuals can access all of the resources they need to effectively navigate the Ontario family law system.
Our mission is to empower all SRLs by challenging the systemic barriers they face to advance equity and justice for them within the legal system.
