A Voice For Self-Represented Parties
Self Justice has launched a nonprofit to give self-represented litigants (SRLs) a VOICE to improve access to justice in Ontario’s family court system. WE ARE NOT LAWYERS but instead have extensive experience as a self-represented litigant. We understand firsthand the frustrations and needs of self-represented parties. We are advocates to fight for treatment with respect and equal access to court resources and the family court system in general.
Our goal at Self Justice Family Law Initiative is to ensure all self-represented Ontarians have the necessary resources and support to confidently represent themselves in court.
