  1. Set aside the Order for Ms. Porter to comply with the Orders to pay $7,500 and post money for trial, failing which Mr. Kik was permitted to proceed with an uncontested trial.

REASONS

Appeal was squashed since court did not have jurisdiction to hear appeal. Divisional Court was the correct venue.
