When you have your Motion to Change issued, which court gives a first court date? And what happens at the first court date?

Some cases at SCJ and all cases at OCJ are given a first court date. This first appearance is purely an administrative meeting. Typically, you meet with a clerk who ensures that all of the relevant documents have been filed with the court and served on the other party. The clerk will then schedule the first case conference.
