Which section of CLRA covers jurisdiction?

Section 22 of the Act covers when Ontario courts have jurisdiction to make a parenting order. If no divorce proceedings has been started between the parents, either because they are not married or do not wish to divorce, parenting issues are covered under CLRA.

Does the CLRA cover adult children with a disability?

Although the Act does not cover adult children with a disability as the Divorce Act, this section has been unconstitutional. The case law can be relied upon to obtain child support.
