Trial Readiness Court
What is TRC?
It is a procedural hearing (i.e. a check-in) to make sure everything is ready for trial. The judge does not make any orders about a specific date for trial. You should already have all documents served and filed, Witnesses should be arranged and ready to attend, Exhibits and evidence should be organized. You should be prepared to proceed immediately when the court assigns you a trial slot.
What forms do you need to file for TRC?
Can trial adjournments be addressed at TRC?
Trial adjournment requests may be made at the TRC if they were not addressed at the Trial Management Conference.
