All of our forms are unlocked so that you can use any Word feature while filling in the form.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download the form you want from our website
2. Save it with the naming protocol e.g. “Affidavit of Jane Smith – Applicant – J. Smith – 02-JAN-2026”
3. When filling in the grey boxes, lock the form by clicking on “Developer” from the task bar and then click on “protected form” so there is a grey box around the key.
4. When filling in the other areas, unlock the form by clicking on the “protected form” button again to deselect it. No grey square is seen around the lock when it is unlocked. 
5. All of the word features are available when it is unlocked.
6. Once you are finished filling the form, save the document.
7. Then, use  “save as” feature to convert it to a pdf. Choose pdf from the dropdown. Save it with same name.
8. The form can now be signed in the pdf form.
9. Resave the form after you sign it.
